Fakin is a family-owned winery located in the hamlet of Bataji near Motovun in central Istria, one of Croatia’s most recognized wine-growing regions. Although the Fakin family has a long tradition of cultivating vineyards, the modern development of the winery began in 2010 when Marko Fakin decided to focus professionally on winemaking and build the family brand.
