The careful manual selection of the grapes that come from the cru of the “Le Colline” vineyard, the further passage on the sorting table of the grapes, the integral fermentation in barrique and the subsequent refinement of 24 months have led to the excellent quality of the 980 AD. It is a wine with a penetrating color, elegant, fruity and spicy on the nose; round on the palate with notes of berries, vanilla and rosemary with a long persistence.
