Nossa Missão is a red wine produced in Portugal’s Bairrada wine region by the winery Filipa Pato & William Wouters. The wine is made primarily from the indigenous Baga grape variety, one of the most important red grapes of this region.

The grapes come from old vineyards planted on the limestone-clay soils typical of Bairrada, which contribute to the wine’s structure and mineral character. Winemaking follows a low-intervention approach in order to preserve the authentic expression of both the grape and the terroir.

Fermentation generally occurs spontaneously with native yeasts, followed by aging in oak barrels to develop complexity and refine the texture. The aromatic profile shows notes of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, along with hints of spice, dried herbs, and subtle earthy nuances.

On the palate the wine is elegant yet structured, displaying the firm but refined tannins and vibrant acidity characteristic of Baga. The finish is long and layered, marked by fresh fruit and mineral notes.
