Rosenheim Café Grand Blend is a coffee sourced from Finca Rosenheim in the Villa Rica region of Peru’s central jungle, an area known for high altitudes and a stable microclimate ideal for Arabica cultivation. The beans are grown at around 1,600 meters above sea level, hand-picked, and processed directly on the farm, allowing precise quality control from cherry to cup.
After processing, the coffee is sun-dried and left to rest in parchment for several months before final cleaning and packaging, a step that helps stabilize both aroma and flavor structure. In the cup, Grand Blend offers a medium body with a smooth, rounded texture and no harsh bitterness.
Its flavor profile is typically described as gentle and slightly floral, complemented by subtle spice notes and a soft, balanced acidity characteristic of high-altitude Peruvian Arabica. This balance makes it suitable both for drinking black and for milk-based preparations, where it maintains its clarity and character.
The roast is medium, emphasizing clean coffee notes without smoky or overly roasted tones. Grand Blend is conceived as the farm’s “everyday” coffee - complex enough for discerning drinkers yet approachable for daily use.
Thanks to its balanced body and aroma, it performs well across various brewing methods, from classic filter and moka pot to modern pour-over techniques. The kraft paper packaging with a simple, recognizable design reflects the farm’s connection to tradition, hand-harvesting practices, and the quality standards associated with specialty coffee.
