Fitapreta Vinhos is a Portuguese winery located near the historic city of Évora in the Alentejo region, founded by winemaker António Maçanita together with partner David Booth. The project was created with the goal of exploring the diversity of Alentejo’s terroir while reviving traditional grape varieties and historic winemaking practices.
