Can’t Get Knafeh of It is a filled milk chocolate bar produced by Dubai-based FIX Dessert Chocolatier. Developed in 2022, it represents a contemporary interpretation of the traditional Middle Eastern dessert knafeh. Its exterior consists of a thick milk chocolate shell decorated with colourful hand-painted patterns. The centre is filled with pistachio cream mixed with tahini and toasted kataifi pastry. The pistachios give the filling a pronounced nutty flavour and its characteristic green colour. Tahini introduces subtle sesame notes and balances the sweetness of the other ingredients. The toasted kataifi creates a distinctly crisp texture that contrasts with the smooth chocolate and creamy filling.
