The dough is made from 100% Italian semolina and eggs, resulting in a perfect balance of softness and firmness when cooked.
These agnolotti are quick to prepare - ready in just 5 to 6 minutes in boiling water - and are ideal served with a simple butter and sage sauce to highlight the full flavor of the filling. For a more refined presentation, they can also be served in cheese baskets.
