Forager Wine is a small-scale artisanal project based in North Canterbury, focused primarily on site-expressive Pinot Noir. The fruit is sourced from the Isolated Hill vineyard, planted on limestone-rich slopes that contribute structure and a distinct mineral backbone to the wines.
