Frantoio Gaudenzi is a traditional family-run olive mill based in Trevi, in the heart of the Umbria region (Province of Perugia), which has cultivated olive-growing traditions and a dedication to quality for three generations. The initiative was started by Vittorio Gaudenzi shortly after World War II, and today the business is run by his son Francesco, together with his sons Stefano and Andrea, who continue to develop the brand by combining heritage with modern technology. Their oils come from olive groves located on the southern slopes around Spoleto, at an altitude of 400 to 450 meters.
