FrauGruber Brewing is an independent craft brewery from Gundelfingen in Bavaria, founded in 2017 by Enzo Frauenschuh and Matthias Gruber. They started as a “gypsy brewer”, using other breweries’ facilities, but soon opened their own production site to gain full control over the process.
