Fromagerie de Banon is a renowned artisanal cheese dairy located in the heart of the Haute-Provence region, in the village of Banon, France. Founded in 1958, this family-run dairy is best known for producing the traditional Banon AOP cheese (Appellation d’Origine Protégée), made from raw, full-fat goat’s milk and hand-wrapped in brown chestnut leaves tied with natural raffia.
