Fromagerie la Station is an organic family-owned cheese dairy in the heart of the village of Compton, Canada, run by the fourth generation of the Bolduc family. All of their cheeses are made from raw or thermized milk from their own cows, which graze freely on diverse pastures—giving the cheeses unique aromas and a deep flavor, free from pesticides and herbicides.
