Fromagerie Le Chambeyron is a dairy cooperative with a rich tradition, founded in 1949 in the picturesque mountain town of Barcelonnette, located in the Ubaye Valley in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region of France. This cooperative serves as a cornerstone of local dairy production, bringing together 11 mountain farms that collectively supply around 1.8 million liters of milk annually - both cow’s and goat’s milk.
