Shikaiō Daiginjo Goku is a sake produced by Fukui Shuzō in Toyohashi, Japan.

It is made from Yamada Nishiki rice, rice kōji, and distilled alcohol. During pressing, a small portion of the sake is collected in glass vessels using the tobindori method.

Production is limited to around 200 bottles a year, and its alcohol content is 15–16% ABV. The brewery describes it as having a clean taste and a finish with depth.
