Premium Süzme Kuru İncir are dried Sarılop figs from the Turkish family brand FuysNature, grown in its own orchards in the village of Seki, in the Nazilli area of Aydın province. Within its range, Süzme denotes a selection of the largest, fullest fruits, with approximately 36-40 figs per kilogram.

They contain 100% dried figs, without bleaching agents, preservatives, or sweeteners. The fruit ripens on the tree before being sun-dried over several days, with regular turning and no ovens or mechanical drying. Thin-skinned figs free from tears, blemishes, and bruising are selected by hand, kept in cold storage, and packed once an order is received.

They are characterized by their honey-yellow color, plump, fleshy interior, and pronounced natural sweetness. The producer recommends serving them on their own alongside coffee or presenting them as a gift.
