Big Doink is a Double IPA from Gamma Brewing, a hazy beer with an intense hop profile and a full, soft body. It pours a cloudy golden-orange color with a dense, creamy head.

The hop bill features Cashmere, Citra, Columbus and Mosaic, resulting in aromas of mango, pineapple, citrus peel and subtle resinous notes. The aroma is dominated by tropical fruit, supported by a light herbal and pine character in the background.

The flavor opens with a touch of malt sweetness, followed by a juicy, fruit-forward mid-palate and a moderately bitter finish. The alcohol, around 8%, is well-integrated and stays hidden behind the hop character, keeping the beer surprisingly drinkable.

The texture is smooth and fuller-bodied, with a soft mouthfeel enhanced by the use of oats. The finish is dry and clean, allowing the complex hop notes to linger without heaviness.
