The beans come from the local Semuliki Cooperative Union and are processed using traditional fermentation methods under banana leaves, preserving the region’s authentic aromas.

The chocolate contains only two ingredients - organic cocoa beans and raw cane sugar - with no added cocoa butter or additives, highlighting the purity of its flavor. Its profile is dominated by fruity and floral notes, with hints of red berries, citrus, and subtle woody undertones that add depth and freshness.
