Milano Dry Gin is the flagship product of the Giass brand and was developed in Milan as a contemporary interpretation of the classic London Dry gin style. Created by a group of five friends with a strong connection to Milan’s aperitivo culture, the product was officially launched in the mid-2010s and is widely recognized as one of the first gins specifically identified as a “Milano Dry Gin”.

Its identity is closely tied to the city, with packaging inspired by the geometric patterns of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and the traditional Milanese “vedovella” fountains. The recipe is based on a blend of 18 botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander, angelica root, apple, citrus peels, chamomile, rose petals, cardamom, thyme, and other aromatic plants.

These ingredients are combined through a carefully controlled distillation process designed to create a complex and balanced botanical profile. According to the producer, the product was conceived to express the character of Milan through both its ingredients and visual design.
