Rice Cracker Nijushisetsu Flower is a collection of Japanese okaki rice crackers made by Ginza Akebono. It is inspired by the traditional division of the year into 24 seasonal periods and the flowers associated with them.
The collection features eight flavors, made from Miyakoganemochi glutinous rice grown in Miyagi Prefecture. Depending on the variety, ingredients include soy sauce, sesame, seaweed, yuzu, black pepper, curry, purple sweet potato, and small sakura ebi shrimp.
It is characterized by a crisp texture and a varied flavor profile, ranging from savory and umami notes to citrus and spice.
