Greenhook Ginsmiths Old Tom Gin is a modern interpretation of the historic Old Tom style, a gin category that bridges the gap between traditional London Dry gin and the malt-forward genevers that preceded it. Produced in Brooklyn, New York, the spirit begins with a corn-based distillate infused with carefully selected botanicals, including juniper and exotic spices inspired by historic trade routes.

Unlike most contemporary gins, it is aged for one year in American bourbon barrels before being finished in Oloroso sherry casks, adding remarkable depth and complexity. The result is a rich and aromatic gin with notes of juniper, honey, vanilla, dried fruit, warm spices, and subtle oak.
