Hamafukutsuru Ginjo Kōbō is a Japanese sake brewery located in Higashinada-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. It was founded in 1808 by Matabee Koyamaya, who mastered the art of sake brewing in the Nada and Fushimi regions.
