Haná Pilsner from Hanabi Lager is the brewery’s flagship beer and main release available year-round. It is crafted from the rare, heirloom Haná barley variety - the same one Josef Groll used in 1842 to brew the first pilsner in Plzeň.
Today, this barley is grown exclusively in a single field in Norfolk, England, giving the lager a unique terroir signature. The style is a classic pilsner, but with a pronounced “grain-forward” approach, placing malt at the center of the flavor profile.
Its aroma features notes of fresh bread, subtle hints of nori seaweed, and a refreshing touch of dried mint. The taste is clean, elegant, and balanced, with a gentle yet lingering finish.
