Hạnh Tính is a Vietnamese family-owned rice paper producer from Cầu Gạo village in Bắc Ninh Province. The business originated from a small workshop established by Đào Văn Hạnh after he learned the traditional method of making bánh đa nem wrappers more than 30 years ago. Production was initially limited to the needs of the household and the local market. Hạnh later passed his knowledge on to other villagers and connected their workshops into a broader production network. His household was among the first local businesses to organize the purchase of rice paper from producers in the surrounding area. Traditional manual production was gradually supplemented with machinery to increase output and improve the consistency of the sheets. The family business was formally incorporated as Hạnh Tính Company in 2024. The company’s legal representative is Đào Thị Phượng. Its main range consists of soft bánh đa nem for direct consumption and exceptionally thin bánh tráng phim designed primarily for frying.
