Organic ST25 Rice is an organic white rice produced by the Vietnamese company HASA Bio Foods. It is made from the aromatic ST25 variety developed by a team of Vietnamese rice breeders led by Hồ Quang Cua. The rice is grown in the lower reaches of the Cổ Chiên River where freshwater from the Mekong Delta meets the influence of saltwater from the South China Sea. The company began cultivating its first certified organic crop in June 2025 across an area of 54.8 hectares. Cultivation and processing comply with American and European organic production standards. No genetically modified seeds or ingredients of animal origin are used during production. The product contains no added preservatives, artificial colors, or other additives. The uncooked grains are long, slender, and slightly translucent white. After cooking, they become soft and elastic with moderate stickiness while retaining their shape. The rice has a naturally sweet flavor and an aroma reminiscent of pandan leaves and young rice grains. The cooked grains remain soft after cooling without becoming noticeably dry. The product is sold in one-kilogram packages and is suitable for everyday dishes that benefit from an aromatic flavor and soft grain texture.
