Hiç Olive Oil was born from a vision to present nature in its purest form. In the heart of Urla, near Izmir, the Elakdar family established an olive grove of more than 60,000 trees in 2011, respecting the rhythm of the seasons and relying solely on sustainable methods. The olives are hand-harvested and cold-pressed within just a few hours, ensuring exceptional quality, rich aromas, and a high content of polyphenols.
