Ghee by Himalayan Cheese is a traditionally crafted clarified butter made from the milk of mountain-grazing cows in Kashmir, produced through slow heating to remove water and milk solids. This process yields a pure, stable dairy fat with warm, nutty aromas and a clean, rich flavour, ideal for high-heat cooking thanks to its high smoke point.

With lactose and milk proteins removed, it is easier to digest than regular butter and works well as an everyday alternative in a wide range of dishes.
