Howard’s Folly is a winery located in the town of Estremoz in Portugal’s Alentejo wine region, created as a partnership between British entrepreneur Howard Bilton and renowned winemaker David Baverstock. The project was established with the aim of combining modern winemaking techniques with the potential of Portuguese indigenous grape varieties and the distinctive terroirs of the region.
