Gold is an organic extra virgin olive oil from the heart of Arcadia in the Peloponnese, made exclusively from carefully selected Koroneiki olives, hand-harvested and processed within a few hours after picking. This product represents a perfect balance between traditional Greek production and modern cold-pressing methods, which preserve its nutritional and aromatic components to the fullest. The oil has a golden-green color, medium fruitiness, and characteristic notes of greenery, almond, and mild artichoke.

Compared to the Gold version, Gold has a milder taste, with balanced tones of bitterness and pungency, making it suitable for a broader range of everyday uses—both in salads and cold dishes, as well as for light cooking.
