Inland Cider Mill is a craft cidery from Spokane, Washington, run by Sean and Erin Weeks, who are also known for their work with Thomas Clare Cellars. Their story began with a desire to offer natural, locally inspired beverages, and today they produce a wide range of ciders made primarily from apples grown in the Green Bluff area, including backyard varieties and traditional heirloom cultivars.
