Jamón Joselito Gran Reserva represents the highest expression of craftsmanship within the portfolio of Jamón Joselito. It is produced from 100% Iberian pigs that feed exclusively on acorns (bellota) during the montanera season, a diet that defines the quality and composition of the fat.

The curing process extends for more than four years in natural drying cellars in Guijuelo, allowing the ham to develop depth and structural balance. Visually, it shows intense marbling, with fat that softens at room temperature and integrates seamlessly into the lean meat.

On the palate, the texture is exceptionally smooth and delicate, with a progressive release of flavor. Aromatically, it reveals complex layers of toasted nuts, dry grass, subtle sweetness, and savory undertones.
