Janbee is a Vietnamese company specializing in the production and distribution of food products with a particular focus on soybean processing. It was established in 2011 and began production in 2013 with the opening of its first facility in Bình Dương Province. In 2017, the company started constructing a second production complex covering approximately 50,000 square meters. The facility is dedicated to soybean processing and vegetable oil production through a closed system that includes seed preparation, oil extraction, refining, and packaging. According to the company, its production lines use modern automated equipment and can process large quantities of soybeans. Soy sauce production involves cooking the soybeans and subjecting them to an extended fermentation process during which the characteristic aroma, color, and umami flavor develop. The products are distributed through supermarkets, shopping centers, and traditional retail channels across Vietnam. Part of the company’s output is also intended for export markets.
