January Spirits is an American craft spirits producer founded in 2020 by Jon Langley and Lucky Preksto, two longtime New York City bartenders who shared a passion for classic botanical spirits and herbal liqueurs. After more than a decade working in cocktail bars and developing recipes together, they began experimenting with small-batch formulations in Langley’s kitchen before officially establishing the company.
