Jester King Brewery is a cult American brewery located on a sprawling 165-acre ranch in the heart of Texas Hill Country, just west of Austin. Founded in 2010 by Jeff Stuffings and Michael Steffing, the brewery was built on a clear vision from the start: to create beers that reflect a true sense of place, shaped by the local climate, native ingredients, and the surrounding landscape - drawing inspiration from the European farmhouse ale tradition. Their beers, often aged for extended periods in wooden barrels, are known for their rustic character, wild complexity, and strong expression of terroir.
