Kankōbai Shuzō is a family-run sake brewery in Tsu, Mie Prefecture, Japan. Founded in 1854 in the Ise region, it is rooted in an area with a long history of rice cultivation and sake brewing.

The brewery produces sake under the Kankōbai name, using carefully selected rice, local water, and largely manual methods. Because much of the work is done by hand, its annual production is limited.

Its range includes junmai, junmai ginjō, and junmai daiginjō sake, including expressions made with Yamada Nishiki rice polished to different degrees.
