The beans undergo a six-day fermentation process in Chiang Mai, helping to develop a balanced and refined flavor profile. This vegan-friendly chocolate is characterized by a soft and smooth texture, accompanied by notes of brown fruits, almonds, and raisins that unfold gradually on the palate.
