It is made exclusively from Arabica beans and contains no cardamom or other added spices. The beans are roasted, ground, and packaged at the Karam Foods Industries production facility in Dubai’s Al Quoz district. The medium roast develops greater aroma and body than a light roast without the pronounced bitterness associated with darker varieties. This processing method allows the Arabica beans’ natural sweetness, mild acidity, and nutty notes to remain recognizable in the prepared beverage. Its unflavored composition distinguishes it from the company’s separate cardamom-infused variety. The grind is adapted to traditional Arabic coffee preparation in a long-handled pot where the coffee is boiled in water without filtration. The finished beverage has moderate intensity, a smooth texture, and a clean finish without dominant spice aromas.
