Tsarapi by Kardanakhi 1888 is a dry amber wine made from the indigenous Rkatsiteli grape, originating from the Tsarapi PDO in the Kakheti region. The wine is produced using the traditional Georgian qvevri method, with fermentation and extended skin contact in clay vessels buried underground for around six to seven months, resulting in notable structure and complexity.

It displays a deep amber color and a layered aromatic profile marked by dried apricot, raisin, baked fruit, honey, and subtle spice notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a firm tannic grip - unusual for white wines - balanced by vibrant natural acidity that keeps the wine fresh and persistent.

The finish is long, textured, and slightly savory, reflecting both the grape variety and the influence of extended maceration. Tsarapi has also received international recognition, including awards at major competitions, confirming its quality and growing presence on the global wine scene.

It represents a clear example of how traditional qvevri winemaking can highlight varietal character while delivering a distinctive and structured style.
