Kiridžija Dingač is a premium dry red wine made from 100% Plavac Mali, sourced from the southern slopes of the Pelješac peninsula, within the prestigious Dingač appellation. The grapes come from old vineyards in the village of Potomje, averaging 25-30 years of age, with a limited annual production of only a few thousand bottles - ensuring authenticity and meticulous craftsmanship.
The wine shows a deep ruby color with purple reflections. On the nose, it reveals layers of ripe red and dark berries, tobacco, carob, and mint, complemented by subtle vanilla notes typical for Plavac Mali from Dingač.
The palate is rich and full-bodied, with high alcohol content well-integrated into its dense structure, supported by smooth yet pronounced tannins. The finish is long and elegant, with a distinct minerality and a fine balance between power and finesse.
It pairs excellently with red meats, grilled lamb, aged cheeses, and hearty Mediterranean dishes. This wine captures the essence of southern Dalmatia’s terroir, offering a deep, traditional, and expressive profile of the Dingač region.
