Kiyashō Shuzō is a Japanese sake brewery founded in 1818 in Nabari, Mie Prefecture. For generations, it produced Takasago sake for the Iga region. Its sixth-generation owner, Yukikatsu Ōnishi, developed Jikon, now the brewery’s best-known brand.
