Koch Madrecuishe is an artisanal mezcal crafted from wild Madrecuishe agave (Agave karwinskii), which requires 12 years to mature. Produced by maestro mezcalero Pedro Hernandez in San Baltazar Guélavila, Oaxaca, this mezcal is distilled in copper stills and bottled at 47% ABV.

Tasting notes highlight citrus and vegetal flavors, complemented by a subtle smokiness that blends with earthy and root-like undertones.
