Konditorei Fürst is a historic pastry shop in Salzburg, founded in the late 19th century and recognized as the birthplace of the Original Salzburger Mozartkugel. In 1890, confectioner Paul Fürst created the recipe for this praline, combining a pistachio-marzipan core, a layer of nougat, and a coating of dark chocolate.
