Ovilos White is a white wine from Ktima Biblia Chora crafted from a blend of Assyrtiko and Semillon, sourced from carefully selected parcels on the slopes of Mount Pangeon in the Kavala region. The grapes come from poor, stony soils that naturally enhance concentration and aromatic intensity, while vinification includes a brief period of skin contact and fermentation in French oak barrels.

The wine then ages for several months on fine lees, gaining depth, a creamy texture, and additional aromatic layers. Its nose features ripe apricot, citrus, white flowers, honey and subtle hints of vanilla, supported by a clean mineral edge characteristic of Assyrtiko.

On the palate it is full-bodied, rounded and vibrant at the same time, driven by bright acidity and a long, harmonious finish. Ovilos White has excellent aging potential, gradually developing richer notes of nuts and honey, making it suitable both for early enjoyment and for cellaring over several years.
