Kudamonodanshi is an artisanal brand from Taichung, Taiwan, born from a deep love for seasonal, locally grown fruit and the desire to present it in its most beautiful form – through handcrafted jams. Behind the name, which means “fruit-eating gentlemen,” are two friends – one a chef, the other a designer – who combine culinary skill with an eye for aesthetics. They source their fruit directly from small growers, carefully selecting, washing, and slicing it before macerating it in sugar and slow-cooking it in the French tradition, preserving its color, aroma, and texture.
