Eisacktaler Riesling Kaiton is a distinguished white wine produced by the Kuenhof Winery, located in the Valle Isarco (Eisacktal) region of South Tyrol, Italy. This wine is crafted exclusively from 100% Riesling grapes, cultivated in vineyards situated at elevations ranging from 550 to 890 meters above sea level.

The soils in these vineyards are rich in slate and quartz phyllite, contributing to the wine's unique mineral character. The name "Kaiton" is of Celtic origin, meaning "forest," a nod to the historical name of the area surrounding the Kuenhof estate and the nearby village of Tschötsch.
