Kūya is a Japanese confectionery shop producing traditional wagashi sweets, founded in 1884 in Tokyo’s Ueno Ikenohata district. Following wartime destruction, it relocated to Ginza in 1949, where it is now run by fifth-generation owner Hikoyuki Yamaguchi.
