Project Dank is a seasonal beer from La Cumbre Brewing, created as part of their experimental series exploring different hop varieties and hopping techniques. It is an American IPA with 7.5% ABV and around 100 IBU, characterized by a pronounced “dank” profile - resinous, herbal, and intensely aromatic.

The aroma and flavor are dominated by pine and grapefruit, layered with tropical fruit notes such as pineapple and orange, accented by subtle herbal undertones. A light malt backbone provides a touch of sweetness that softens the strong bitterness, while the finish remains dry and hop-forward.
