La Fabbrica della Pasta di Gragnano is an Italian family-owned artisan pasta producer based in Gragnano, a town widely regarded as the historic center of pasta production in Italy. Its production process combines high-quality durum wheat semolina with spring water sourced from the Monti Lattari mountains, while the pasta is extruded through bronze dies to create a rough surface that helps sauces adhere more effectively. The pasta is then slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve its distinctive texture and characteristics. The company's portfolio includes more than 150 pasta shapes, among them 15 patented formats developed in-house over the years.
