La Ferme du Châtaignier is a family farm run by the Grange family in Lamastre, in France’s Ardèche region. The family has grown chestnuts for more than seven generations and now processes them on the farm. At the heart of its production is Châtaigne d’Ardèche AOP, a chestnut with Protected Designation of Origin status.
