La Fromagerie du Champsaur is an artisanal cheese dairy located in the village of La Fare-en-Champsaur, in the Hautes-Alpes region of France. This dairy is the result of a collaboration between four local farmers and a cheesemaker, who work together to process fresh, local cow's milk into a variety of cheeses through a short supply chain.
