L’Atelier de la Châtaigne is a French chestnut grower and processor based in Champagnac-la-Rivière, in the Périgord-Limousin Regional Natural Park. Its activity dates back to 1970, while a limited company was established in 1983 to support its commercial development. In 1999, chestnut grower Alexei Delouis took over the business and began expanding its range of processed chestnut products.
